GPC Ongoing – Description & Terms
Our maintenance service is designed to prevent the listed pests below from becoming a problem. A pest control barrier is strategically applied to the structure of your property with special attention paid to all insect harborage. Our professional service technicians will rotate the materials used as seasons and conditions change. Our licensed technicians service your area year-round so no appointment is necessary for exterior service.

If listed pests invade between regular maintenance service, please call us and we will have a licensed technician identify and treat at no additional cost. It is understood that while the purpose of this service is to prevent damage by pests, Advanced IPM is not responsible for any damage to property caused by pests. Your cooperation is important to ensure the most effective results from your service. Whenever conditions conducive to the breeding and harborage of pests are reported in writing by Advanced IPM, and are not corrected by you, Advanced IPM cannot assure satisfactory service.
Due and payable within 30 days of service. You will receive your invoice via email. Please remit payment to our corporate office at 1482 Stone Point Drive Roseville, CA 95661. Invoices reaching 60 days will result in interruption of service.
Ants, Earwigs, Crickets, Centipedes, Silverfish, Non-German Roaches, Pantry Pests, Spiders, Springtails, Fleas, Nesting Wasps
Terms: This agreement shall be effective for an original period of 1 year. No verbal changes can be made to this agreement by any representative of Advanced IPM. After 1 year, your service will continue automatically. After the agreement period, your service will continue automatically, until canceled in writing with a 30-day notice.
One Time Service – Description & Terms
Our one-time service is designed to treat the pest(s) listed, in the areas specified. As a courtesy, the client has 30 days to apply this service value towards an ongoing maintenance service program.

Your one-time service is guaranteed for the specified pest and treatment area for 30 days. If listed pests invade during this time, please call us and we will have a licensed technician identify and treat at no additional cost. It is understood that while the purpose of this service is to prevent damage by pests, Advanced IPM is not responsible for any damage to property caused by pests. Your cooperation is important to ensure the most effective results from your service. Payment to Advanced IPM due at time of service unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

Specialty – Description & Terms
Advanced IPM’s exclusion services are designed as more of a long-term approach to controlling pests. Exclusions will consist of a skilled technician addressing findings detailed and agreed to from your survey results. A maintenance program is recommended for protection of your property.
Customer agrees to provide access to all areas of the home and surrounding area as necessary to complete the services as listed above. Except as noted otherwise, the roof, plumbing and HVAC systems were not inspected and are not covered under the terms of this agreement: Homeowner is advised to consult the appropriate specialist(s) these systems are of concern. Although it is our goal to prevent pest damage, Customer agrees not to hold Advanced IPM responsible should such damage occur. Advanced IPM offers a 1-year warranty on actual repairs performed only. Unless noted otherwise, repairs and materials used for repairs will be left unpainted and therefore may not match the rest of the structure. Damage to repairs resulting from non-target pests or other unrelated acts is not covered and may void our warranty as will be determined by Advanced IPM on a case by case basis. No coverage is offered, nor opinion rendered on areas that were considered inaccessible for inspection when the job cost on this agreement was determined (including but not limited to attached structures, wall voids, areas obscured by stored items, foliage, insulation or other materials). Inaccessible areas may be addressed and priced separately after said areas have been made accessible by a method mutually agreeable to both the Customer and Advanced IPM. Because there are many issues that can lead to re-infestation which are not controllable by Advanced IPM (such as doors left open, sanitation issues, structural changes, landscaping issues, etc.), there is no guarantee that re-infestation or new infestation will not occur. AIPM shall not be held liable for damage caused by other trades and individuals. AIPM shall hold no liability or responsibility for damaged caused by defects in the building design or structural flaws of any part of the structure, including adjacent buildings. AIPM bears no responsibility to verify slope and ponding issues or problems of any kind with the roof substrates. AIPM shall make every attempt to execute work in an effective manner to address proposed pest issues but makes no claims as to the impact it may have on the structure including the roof. AIPM cannot be liable for leaks and mold issues and makes no claims regarding water tight integrity. Extra work or inefficiencies caused by or resulting from having limited or no access to the worksite, dumpster locations or loading locations. By signing below, Customer hereby acknowledges their understanding and acceptance of this agreement and the terms as stated herein.
Lawn Care, Weed Control Agreement Terms and Conditions:
AIPM will fertilize the listed lawn areas with a seasonally appropriate material. While the goal of our lawn care service is a healthier, greener lawn, AIPM is not solely responsible for the outcome of the service. You, the customer, play a large part in this service. Good cultural practices, including proper watering and mowing, is integral to the outcome of any lawn care service. AIPM makes no guarantees. Our technicians are happy to provide written watering, mowing, and aeration tips. AIPM assumes no responsibility for irrigation, mowing, overall age and condition of the turf, or weather. All these factors play a significant role in the appearance and health of the turf. The service does not include treatment for the grassy weeds in your lawn, such as bermudagrass, dallisgrass, bentgrass, and annual bluegrass (Poa annua). This agreement also does not include mechanical weed control – such as mowing, discing, or hand pulling of weeds. Even after a thorough service, some plant material may remain. There are no materials registered that will prevent every type of weed. However, through our maintenance service, we can manage the regrowth with post-emergent applications of registered materials. Damage to the landscape by fungus, insects, diseases, natural events, etc., will not be covered. AIPM assumes no responsibility or liability for damage caused by burrowing rodent activity.
Termite – Description & Terms
A 10% down payment may be required to schedule jobs over $5,000. Customer agrees to pay AIPM the amount shown upon completion. AIPM will perform no other corrective work except under separate agreements. All invoices over 30 days old will bear a finance charge at the greater amount of either $5.00 or the rate of 1.5 percent per month from the date of service. In the event of non-payment or default by customer, AIPM may suspend or terminate the services as described in this agreement. If additional costs are accrued due to collection efforts, AIPM shall be entitled to recover from customer all reasonable costs for collection.
Work performed by Advanced IPM will be WARRANTIED for ONE YEAR (unless otherwise notified in writing) No warranty is offered against termite re-infestation or infection by wood destroying organisms unless all primary recommendations are completed. While the purpose of the service is to prevent future infestation, Advanced IPM will not be held responsible should such infestation occur (unless covered as stated in this agreement). Customer agrees to provide access to all areas of the home and surrounding area as necessary to complete the services as listed above. Except as noted otherwise, the roof, plumbing and HVAC systems and other inaccessible areas were not inspected and are not covered under the terms of this agreement. There may be health-related issues associated with the structural repairs reflected in the inspection report referenced by this work-authorization contract. These health issues include but are not limited to, the possible release of mold spores during the course of repairs. Advanced IPM is not qualified to render any opinion concerning such health issues or any specific precautions. Any questions concerning health issues or any special precautions to be taken prior to, or during the course of such repairs, should be directed to a Certified Industrial Hygienist before any such repairs are undertaken. By executing this work-authorization contract, customer acknowledges that he or she has been advised of the foregoing and has had the opportunity to consult with a qualified professional.
The Advanced Termite Protection Plan (ATP) covers infestation by all species of subterranean, drywood, and dampwood termites, and covers the building identified above from unknown costs of future termite treatments after initial treatment is completed, (if necessary). If termites are discovered while this warranty is active, treatment of any new infestation will be completed* within 45 days of discovery notice to AIPM. Methods used to control termites, determined by AIPM may include liquid soil treatment, baiting, dusting, wood injection, fumigation, and/or any other recognized legal method that AIPM deems appropriate. This warranty does not cover infestations incurred prior to the date of coverage. Addition-ally, costs related to the loss of use of any property, real or personal, are not covered. The building identified above will be protected on a month-to-month basis for up to three years, the initial coverage period. During this initial coverage period, AIPM may, but is not required to, inspect the property. There will be no additional charge for these inspections shall they occur. The account must be current, including ATP payment, as well as payment for any work done before a claim can be filed. AIPM will not raise the monthly charge during the first 24 months. AIPM will contact you prior to expiration of the initial coverage period to schedule an inspection of the property. After the initial coverage period expires and after an inspection, the warranty may be continued upon mutual consent. Failure to make any monthly payment when due hereunder constitutes a cancellation, by the customer, of this agreement, the warranty, and all of AIPM’s obligations hereunder, including but not limited to any liability for, or treatment of termites. As long as all payments are current, and upon a new inspection, the warranty is transferable to a subsequent owner upon sale. *unless otherwise agreed to in writing signed by both parties
Our Mosquito Service is designed to reduce localized population, provide some relief, and target overall activity. AIPM is not responsible for conducive conditions, including standing water, harborage areas, or similar issues at neighboring properties that may impact the overall efficacy of the Mosquito Service. AIPM makes no guarantee of control for mosquitos or any flying insect.

Pets and Gates for general use:
Our service team loves pets, but all pets do not love us! Please have your pets indoors or kenneled while we are servicing your yard. We can service your property with pets around, but we take no responsibility for any injury to your pets. If we think that a pet is aggressive, we will not service the property accessible by that pet. If we cannot service your property due to the gate being locked or closed, we will service the front and other accessible areas. You may contact us for service when the area can be accessed. This can be prevented by providing us with a key or code to access the backyard.
