Eligibility: This coupon is valid only for new customers who enroll in an ongoing residential pest management service program provided by Advanced IPM and sign up for Auto-Pay. Offer is limited to single-family homes 5,000 sq. ft. or less.

Service Requirement: Redemption of this coupon requires commitment to a recurring service plan as outlined in the Advanced IPM bi-monthly service agreement. One-time services are not eligible.

Covered Pests: This offer applies exclusively to the general pests listed in the service agreement, including ants, earwigs, crickets, centipedes, silverfish, non-German roaches, pantry pests, spiders, springtails, fleas, and nesting wasps.

Excluded Pests: Pests not covered under this coupon include, but are not limited to, flying insects, garden insects, bed bugs, nuisance birds, live animal trapping, rodents, termites, and wood-destroying organisms.

Non-Transferable: This coupon is non-transferable, has no cash value, and cannot be combined with other offers or promotions unless otherwise specified.

Redemption: To redeem, present the coupon at the time of sign-up. Discounts apply to the initial service fee or as specified on the coupon.
